招聘人数：1 人 到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限婚况 岗位职责 1. To be familiar with Plumbing and Boilers System and installation period of related facilities. 熟悉锅炉和给排水系统及相关设备设施的安装情况。 2. To inspect the quality of installation of Plumbing and Boiler System and related facilities according to design drawing and related criterion of China to ensure installation quality is in line with Hilton requirement. 根据设计图纸及相关的中华人民共和国验收规范检查锅炉和给排水系统及相关设备设施的安装质量并确保符合希尔顿的要求。 3. Any problem of installation and difference with the Drawing must report to superior immediately. 如发现任何安装质量问题及与图纸不符的情况要及时地向上级领导汇报。 4. To provide basic training and multi-skills technical training for subordinate. 给员工提供基本培圳及多技能培圳。 5. To arrange and check subordinate daily work. 安排及检查员工每日工作。 6. Ensure all plumbing and Boiler system operate safely and smoothly. 确保所有相关锅炉和给排水系统安全运行。 7. Supervise and inspect all equipment related to Plumbing and Boiler systems and ensure all equipment operate in good condition 监督检查所有相关锅炉和给排水系统设备正常运行。 8. Any abnormal of the equipment must be reported to your superior and follow up immediately. 任何设备出现故障的应立即报告给上级及立即跟踪维修工作情况。 9. Ensure supervision and implementing of Preventive Maintenance and Repair plan of facilities &amp equipment of Plumbing and Boiler systems. 监督执行相关锅炉和给排水系统设备的预防性维修保养计划。 10. Submit the record of Preventive Maintenance &amp Repair of Plumbing and Boiler systems to Duty Engineer in time. 及时把锅炉和给排水系统的预防维修保养记录交于值班工程师。 11. Inspection and filing of daily operation &amp inspection record of Plumbing and Boiler systems and submit to Duty Engineer in time. 及时把锅炉和给排水系统的日常运行及检查记录交于值班工程师并归案。 12. Provide training for new staffs and provide multi-skills technical training for subordinate. 为新的员工提供培圳，为部下员工做多技能培训。 13. Ensure work quality what staff have been done is up to hotel standard. 确保员工的工作质量符合的要求。 14. Maintain effective communication with superior and subordinate. Create good relationship with the other supervisors within Engineering Dept. 与上级及员工保持良好的沟通关系；与本部门其他的主管保持良好人际关系。 补充说明 Technical school graduate or equivalent education background. 毕业于技校或同等学历，有锅炉和给排水设备操作证。 Customer service orientation 顾客服务意识 Teamwork / Cooperation 团队精神 Adaptability/Flexibility 适应性／灵活性 Knowledge of plumbing gas welding 管道维修知识、掌握电、气焊技术 Problem solving &amp Decision making 解决问题/决策 Fluency in Mandarin 普通话流利
