招聘人数：1 人 到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限婚况 岗位职责 responsible for revenue generation from received leads in the event & group field. 负责宴会和团队的收入 develop an event & group fore in coordination with the director of revenue management/ revenue manager. 完成宴会和团队预算 responsible for development (or improvement) & active conversion of an effective event & group sales strategy. 负责开发有效的团队和宴会销售策略 recognize need periods and actively find possible solutions in coordination with the director of sales & marketing, the director of sales and the field sales team. reach (and possibly surpass) the monthly and yearly revenue goals. 根据销售市场总监的月度和年度收入目标找到可能的解决办法和识别需求周期 set and regularly review goals for the groups & events sales team and its individual team members. 为宴会销售团队和个人设定目标并且定期回顾 leadership, training, development, encouragement and support of the groups & events sales team. 领导、培训、发展、鼓励和支持宴会销售团队 responsible for the training and incorporating of new team members (and trainees). 负责培训新员工并给与合作 performance control for the subordinate team members. 为下属成员做好绩效控制 补充说明 市场营销专业的工商管理文凭 ； 在经济或相关专业的大学学历 diploma in business administration, specializing in marketing university degree in economics or related fields. 在业至少有5年的销售经验 a minimum of 5 years sales and marketing experience in the hotel industry
