招聘人数：1 人 到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限婚况 岗位职责 1. coordinates the set-up and/or closures of restaurant and lounge areas in accordance with carlson hotel standards 调整餐厅/酒廊的摆台/收档，使之符合集团标准的要求。 2. confirms daily specials and new menu additions with the utive chef 与行政总厨确认每日特别推荐以及菜单上新增加的菜品。 3. oversees the food and beverage service provided in assigned outlet coaches employees on effective service and food presentation techniques 检查餐厅的食品及酒水服务，指导员工提高服务技能和食品展示技能。 4. inspects assigned restaurants and lounge areas on an on-going basis and takes appropriate steps to ensure facilities meets or exceeds hotel standards at all times 在餐厅/酒廊进行巡检，并适当的抽查以保证所有的设施能够达到或超越标准。 5. conducts daily pre-shift meetings to discuss specials, house count, reservations and new menu items 组织每日班前例会，分享特别信息，住房率，预定情况以及菜单上新增的菜品。 6. prioritizes and assigns work 分配员工工作 7. provides feedback to the employee and department manager on the employee’s performance of job responsibilities 向部门经理及员工反馈关于员工表现的信息 8. gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service 始终贯穿对客人的关注，有责任感的运用有效的团队合作为客人提供服务 9. provides yes i can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis 真诚、殷情和良好的团队合作是提供yes i can的基本要素 10. assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% guest satisfaction 有责任利用专业的判断力去观察到客人的不满意并做出弥补以保证100%的宾客满意度 11. performs other duties required to provide the service brand behaviour and genuine hospitality 履行能够提供品牌服务和真诚好客所需要的其他职责 12. refrain from personal conversations with other employees at the main entrance 禁止在公共区域和主要通道与其他同事私自聊天 13. keeps manager fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance 确保餐厅经理全面了解餐厅的所有问题和意外状况 14. at all times projects a favourable image of the hotel to the public 对外建立和维护的良好形象 补充说明 1. strong oral and written communication skills 有较强的口头表达和书写技巧能力 2. able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork 与其他的员工和管理者的团队协作 3. able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employee 能够解决客人，主管和员工的冲突 4. knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations 了解当地白酒的法律和法规 5. ability to multitask and work well under pressure 能在工作的压力下，同时处理多个任务的能力 6. basic computer skills in microsoft office suite 基本的电脑办公软件，预订系统，和销售点系统
